Close to Home: The Shot

A high school basketball player confesses to shooting his teammate accidentally. Annabeth brings the young man to trial but during the trial a witness comes forward to testify the shooting was intentional. The defendant's father steps up and claims that he was the trigger man. Annabeth believes that the father is protecting the son. After further investigation she discovers that the boys were keeping a secret that may hold the motive for the shooting.
