Synopsis:
Marco demonstrates one of his signature dishes using only ingredients found in bottles and jars. The contestants' task is to re-create Marco's dish as closely as possible from the ingredients available in the kitchen. The winning team receives the advantage of knowing the identity of the critic at service the next day. In the second challenge, Marco reveals that the teams will be doing two services - breakfast and lunch. The duo left on the black team wonders how they will get through such a difficult task without any help. Marco surprises the black team with a much-needed gift.
