Synopsis:
In "The Big White Challenge" the teams are taken to Central Park and given a guided tour on natural foods that are found in nature that can be used for cooking. Later, each team must create a dish in one hour for Marco. The winning team will be awarded the help of a top maitre d' to help them with their preparations and service the following evening. In the second challenge, the teams must incorporate the "fruits of mother nature" into their dinner service, utilizing only ingredients that would be found in the park. When dinner service is finished, the teams are taken back when they find out that every single diner rated their restaurant with a Zagat rating form. Jim and Nina Zagat lend their critiques before Marco's elimination.
