Synopsis:
Once a brilliant writer and critic, Mary remembers the palazzo's past as a social hub for the cultural elite. Joe, the son of the home's caretaker, comes to realize his life is intertwined with Mary's, as she recounts her past and becomes haunted by the memory of a charming but evil figure in her youth.
