Synopsis:
In an attempt to get the Miami police off his back, Michael takes it upon himself to deal with one of the city's most wanted criminals. In order to infiltrate the gang, Michael befriends Tommy, a low-level wannabe gangster, and discovers that his new friend is a better person than he appears to be. Meanwhile, Sam has to deal with an IRS agent who turns out to be the son of an ex-flame.
