Detectives Turcotte and Hechler vow to keep Halloween safe for pumpkins everywhere. They patrol the streets looking for a gang of ruthless jack-o-lantern thieves. Meanwhile, Teresa is kidnapped by a group of burglars who demand that paramedics treat one of their injured friends.
