Synopsis:
Rob Lake starts his new job in the OB/GYN department at a city hospital. Rob is shocked to dscover the glaring incompetence of his boss, Roger Hurley. Rob would like to report him, but when he botches a throat surgery and kills his patient, he wonders if he has any right to report his boss after all.
