Synopsis:

Dr. Quinn hires Slick, an evil meta-human to do his evil bidding for him. With the ability to turn from solid to liquid, Slick is able to kill cops undetected. But when Reese becomes the next intended victim, Helena comes to his aid and their mutual attraction mounts.
