Bill and Roman are still at war, Bill wants to bombard Roman with a mountain of litigation, his lawyer recommends he doesn’t in light of the fact that Roman wants to negotiate; Nicki has to call her mom to try in get help with her dept before Bill finds out about it, she gets no pity from mom. After a crock pot exploding, the Henrickson's home catch on fire, burning two of the rooms. At Home Plus, Wendy the bookkeeper learns of the break-in, and she lets Bill know she's alarmed. The culprit got a hold of all their quarterly reports and tried to hack in to their computers.
