James tries to come up with a new game plan to stay in the game. He talks with HoH Natalie about her intentions. Joshuah tells Sheila how he came out to his parents. James and Natalie have a frank talk about whether or not it would be in Natalie's favor to nominate James. In the food competition, Adam is the only one to earn food privileges so Adam and Natalie get food while the rest of the house is on slop. Ryan presents a new plan to Natalie, but she opts to nominate James and Joshuah.
