Big Brother 4: The X Factor: Week 8: Jack Gets Sacked, Jun HoH

Jack is evicted by a vote of 2-1, leaving the female alliance intact. Before the Head of Household competition, certain items are removed from the house. The remaining houseguests are quizzed about the missing items and awarded points for correct answers. Jun earns the most points and wins Head of Household, along with a special bonus: unbeknownst to the others, she is removed from the house and taken to New York to be a special guest at the MTV Video Music Awards.
