Synopsis:
Laura from the Popular clique and Jeff from the Athletes clique are up for eviction at the moment, but Ronnie has a larger plan to get strong player Russell out of the house using the “backdoor” strategy. Laura and Jordan have a tearful moment as the impact of the Big Brother house sinks in. Ronnie assures Laura that the greater forces at work could benefit her, but she remains skeptical. Russell attempts to chill out but only stirs up Lydia’s ire and Natalie’s anxiety when he blows his top. Casey and Chima watch “The Ugly Truth” and munch on special snacks as a result of winning the “Have or Have-Not” competition. Ronnie announces the Power of Veto (PoV) competition. The participants are Ronnie, Jeff, Laura, Russell, Natalie and Casey. The challenge is to collect specific amounts of change from piles in the yard and try to get closest to the target number in a short amount of time. The winner of each round has the option to leave the challenge and choose a mystery bag with possible monetary value, but only Natalie chooses that option and receives a slop pass. The challenge comes down to Russell and Jeff and Jeff wins the PoV. Ronnie seeks to backdoor Russell, but wants to make sure he has the votes before the PoV ceremony. Jeff uses the Power of Veto on himself and Ronnie nominates Jordan for the open spot.
