Big Brother 11: Episode 1118

Chima and Natalie are up for eviction and Head of Household (HoH) Michele feels confident in her nominations. The new alliance of Russell, Jeff, Jordan and Michele discuss the attitude problems of the other houseguests. Chima tells Kevin and Lydia that she wants to quit the competition. Big Brother allows the houseguests to practice the Power of Veto (PoV) challenge early and Kevin is excited to prepare to save Chima. When Chima goes outside she is not wearing her microphone. Big Brother tells her to put her microphone on but she ignores the requests to put the mic on and the further requests to go to the diary room. Chima further disobeys the rules and throws her mic into the hot tub. Chima's allies try to help her but she ignores their assistance and Big Brother's demands that she exchange her broken microphone for a new one. Executive producer Allison Grodner comes on the house intercom and talks directly to Chima. Chima finally goes to the diary room but is soon ushered out of the house. Allison Grodner calls the houseguests to the living room and tells the houseguests that Chima has been expelled from the house as a result of multiple rules violations. Kevin is visibly upset by Chima's actions but Lydia tries to reassure him that Chima's departure was not a result of his actions. Michele informs the house that as a result of Chima's departure she is no longer HoH and the house will compete again for the power after only a two-day period with Michele in power. The HoH competition involves the miniature golf apparatus that was supposed to be the Power of Veto (PoV) competition. Jeff and Jordan are the final two and Jeff purposefully chunks his final putt to give Jordan the HoH power and the ability to get a letter from her family. At the end of the HoH competition (and in the house afterwards), Lydia starts berating Jeff and Michele for their actions in the house. Jordan shows the other houseguests her HoH room and reads a letter from her best friend (her mother). Lydia has to wear a "Captain Unitard" superhero outfit as a result of receiving the duty in the HoH competition and it seems to improve her spirits. Jordan nominates Natalie and Lydia for eviction.
