Synopsis:
After his mother's failed suicide attempt, David disagrees with the doctor's assessment that she needs electroshock therapy and goes into a deep depression. Valerie, whose father committed suicide when she was younger, helps David get out of his funk. Antonia invites the gang to her father's mansion for a dinner party, and Tony's bodyguard Bruno tells Dylan that Tony knows he is Jack McKay's son. Brandon invites Susan to the party as their first date, but things do not go very smoothly. Steve invites Clare, and the two share a goodnight kiss after the party.
