Synopsis:
Carl wants to throw Steve a huge 21st birthday party aboard the Queen Mary and tells him to invite all of his friends. Colin plans to leave the country aboard a ship and tells his former art dealer Claudia to wire him the passage fee. Valerie asks Jonesy for help in tracking down Colin, and he sends her a handsome FBI agent with whom she forms an instant attraction. Susan is offered the chance to work on a presidential campaign, and Brandon reminds her that he turned down the Boston Globe internship for her. At the party, Carl confesses to Steve that he is in love with Clare.
