Synopsis:
The gang returns to college, and Steve is distraught when his great schedule is ruined by having to hire Clare as a math tutor. Dylan befriends Antonia, the daughter of Tony Marchette, and Brandon is upset with Dylan for taking advantage of a girl who is obviously attracted to him. Brandon butts heads with Susan Keats, the editor of the college newspaper, over their opposing views regarding feminism; after airing their differences, Susan hires Brandon as a columnist. Kelly is uncomfortable with the knowledge that Colin and Valerie knew each other from New York, and Colin kisses Valerie after she reveals her prior crush on him. Ray has a chance at getting a record deal but must impress the record exec's younger daughter.
