Synopsis:
Joe's assault trial begins, and Donna and Valerie testify that Ray was physically abusing her. Brandon covers the trial for the college newspaper, and the story is picked up by the Associated Press. Colin watches Erin while Kelly and David go to support Donna, and Valerie tells Colin that Kelly spent the night at Brandon's house while he was in New York. Brandon convinces Ray to stop hurting Donna, and Ray drops the charges against Joe while deciding to stay in therapy and go on tour. Colin confronts Kelly about Valerie's story, but their argument is interrupted when Erin falls into the bathtub. Susan is upset when Brandon confesses that he was tempted by Kelly when she stayed over.
