Synopsis:
Brandon is depressed over Dylan leaving, and Kelly's attempts at cheering him up causes Susan to become jealous. Steve is tasked with protecting the college's mascot during homecoming week, and he and Colin devise a prank to pull on rival college SCU. Ray files assault charges against Joe, who is suspended for the homecoming game and shunned by his teammates. Donna tells the players that Joe was protecting her and agrees to testify in the assault trial on his behalf. Donna makes the Rose Court, and her mother reveals that she had to drop out of the court when she became pregnant. Jay 'Jonesy' Jones returns and asks for Valerie's help with a sting operation; when things go sour, David bails Valerie out of jail.
