Synopsis:
Sophie and Nicky find themselves on opposing sides of a magazine competition sponsered by his father, Julian. Nicky creates further tension by both not coming clean about his feelings for Sophie and by enlisting Karen as a model for his project. Mr. Stein grows infatuated with Karen, who is trying to convince a modeling agent to accept her as a client. Lynn decides to reaacept the job Julian got her, but he must promise to quit interferring. Nicky finally admits his feelings for Sophie by kissing her in school.
