Synopsis:
Based on Jerdine Nolen's children's book about a man named Harvey Potter who moves to drought-stricken Watertown and plants a crop on his barren land. To the amazement of the townspeople, his field yields a bumper crop of magical, colorful balloons. The people believe that this is a hopeful sign that the end of the drought is near. But when hard times continue, they turn against Harvey until a girl named Willow proves Harvey's magic and reminds her neighbors of the power of faith.
