During a night out at the Hump Bar, Roland opens up to the group about his separation from Joan. Michael is officially appointed the new brigadier general of the post and Claudia Joy eagerly takes on new responsibilities to support him. Claudia Joy is not pleased to hear that Amanda has decided to take some time off before heading to college. Meanwhile, Joan and Roland's separation affects Joan's work.
