Synopsis:
Spike is tormented by Pavayne, a maniacal doctor who wishes to clean up the floating souls at Wolfram & Hart. Fred tries to protect Spike by making him tangible so that the doctor won't drag him into hell, which creates a showdown between Spike and Pavayne. When Fred is caught in the middle, Spike has a choice to make about protecting her or becoming a whole being again.
