Andy gets $3000 when his recommendation is hired as a new technical writer. Andy gets into trouble when he makes Irish slurs around the new guy which causes a snowball effect among his co-workers, leading to a sensitivity training weekend. Wendy, to make up for not getting the $3000, tests a drug that gives her a deep, husky voice.
