America's Next Top Model: The Girl Who Goes to Texas

The girls practice their runway skills by performing on a 1/2" wide tight rope under the instruction of Miss J. They then perform a runway challenge across concrete slabs while wearing stillettos. The winner of the challenge gets to work a star-studded charity fashion show hosted by Dennis Quaid. For the final challenge, the models are suspended over water while walking a catwalk. One of the girls, Monique, falls ill due to dehydration and ends up in the hospital, choosing not to perform. She ends up being eliminated.
