Synopsis:
Janice Dickinson gives the models lessons on commercial and high fashion posing. Their challenge is to model for a Sears catalogue using the four seasons as their backdrop. The winner receives the entire wardrobe. Meanwhile, an argument between two of the contestants shows one of the girls finally standing up for herself. The episode's photo shoot involves the models posing as their dream careers. One of the models gets in some hot water with her boyfriend after she is kissed by a male model on set. Gina is eliminated after the judges find that she had 'mentally' left the competition the week before.
