The episode begins with the girls discussing their flaws with judge Twiggy. The girls then are photographed showcasing their flaws and hiding them. Former judge Janice Dickinson then photographs the contestants in a plastic surgery themed shoot. Bre and Diane land in the bottom two but Diane is eliminated for not owning her curves.
