America's Next Top Model: The Girl Who Is Contagious

Photo shoot producer and guest judge Jay Manuel introduces the girls to their next challenge involving makeup application. They must use various Cover Girl cosmetics to create a haute couture 'look'. Naima wins the challenge as she is the only one to grasp the concept. One of the models, Michelle, worries about her skin blemishes that won't go away and Noelle consults her mother about it who thinks that it is a contagious flesh eating bacteria. Michelle then consults a doctor and her fears are put to rest- it is a bacteria infection but easily treatable. The photoshoot involves using children in the multi-ethnic inspired 'Got Milk?' shots so Michelle must use a doll instead to avoid spreading the infection. At panel Noelle is eliminated because she doesn't come across as a model in person.
