Also includes "Street Smart" segments, teaching viewers how to avoid being victims of crimes, and a segment called "Fighting Back," in which citizens who have turned tragedy to triumph tell their stories. Examines laws that harm victims and champions the cause of lawmakers fighting to protect victims' rights.
