A nationwide search will be conducted to seek out inventors/entrepreneurs who are looking to create the next great enterprise Finalists will be determined by a panel of judges. Series will then focus on the nine finalists who will be given $50,000 seed money to develop their idea further. The last three finalists will compete as viewers determine the $1 million winner in a live finale broadcast. In the second season, the show is on the road for the first six episodes and a winner is chosen from each city visited, focusing more on the auditions than the competition.
