Synopsis:
Damian receives a violent warning from the mysterious man, the world’s most powerful arms dealer named Carlos, who is concerned about Richard’s contact with Agent Hopkins. Meanwhile, Lionel and Richard confer over the exchange with the people holding Elizabeth for ransom, but Damian overhears their plans, which involves cooperation with the CIA; Jordan stuns Michael and Loren with news that she and Lionel are reuniting.
