Two sets of contestants go head to head, for the chance to go on to the semi-finals. On the men's side, bartender Sean Hetherington, faces off against english teacher, James Ruggiero. On the women's side, cheerleading coach Jessica Garcia, faces off against nurse, Patti Franklin. In the end, it's James and Patti that go on to the next round.
