Synopsis:
Sydney works to free her mother when Jack's deception leads to Irina's sentencing to death. Jack attempts to explain his side and eventually makes a great sacrifice to regain Sydney's trust. Syd and Jack must put aside their differences to uncover a dangerous virus engineered by Sark that Sydney and Vaughn have been exposed to by the "red ball" device. Meanwhile, Sloan makes a startling discovery about Emily's possible fate as he becomes further unraveled.
