Synopsis:
Sydney must deal with conflicting emotions as her mother is hauled into custody of the CIA while Jack implores them not to trust anything she says. Sloane, unaware of Irina's captivity but aware of her dissapearance, orders Sydney to obtain a disk containing compromising information to the Alliance. Vaughn asks for Irina's assistance. She reluctantly tells of a fail safe to the alarm system that Sydney must overide to avoid setting off the security alarm. She ignores the advice and sets off the alarm, barely escaping and blowing her countermission. Now forced to follow her mother's instructions, she races to steal a high tech spy camera before Sloane, armed with information from the disk, narrowly avoiding blowing her cover to him. Also, Sloane is made full partner in the Alliance and given an injection of unknown properties.
