Synopsis:
SD-6 gets a new director named Geiger to replace the Sloane. Sark tells Sydney thats Geiger accessed a secret network of Sloane's that may hold evidence to the Alliance. Vaughn finds the network on a plane constantly aloft except for refueling and supplying new women for Macor, the head of the plane. Syd goes undercover as a hooker, taking the plane by force and downloads the info to the CIA, making a narrow escape. They find a code that if confirmed, will enable them to take the entire Alliance down at once. Jack is captured by Geiger and tortured after uncovering evidence of his and Sydney's double agent status. Jack manages to get word to Sydney to not come back. Knowing she needs to work fast, she reveals all to Dixon who understands that he must get the code but is deeply conflicted. Upon sending confirmation, the CIA takes down all Alliance sectors including SD-6, taking Marshall and Dixon into custody, freeing Jack and killing Geiger. Syd and Vaughn finally act on their love. Sark contacts Sloane, noting that all went according to plan and the Alliance is now disassembled. Sark checks in on their new ally, a doppleganger of Francine, who has just killed the real mccoy.
