In the worst kept secret in Bachelor history, Ali Fedotowsky has been officially anointed ABC’s new Bachelorette.

The Bachelorette will premiere May 24, which means Ali needs to get cracking.

Ali, a fan favorite, soured with viewers after leaving Jake Pavelka’s season of The Bachelor due to work commitments. The bubbly San Francisco native turned increasingly dramatic and mean as the season progressed, particularly in her attitude toward Bachelor winner Vienna.
