With Dianne out of the office, Shannyn tries to restore order and clean things up. The staff discusses Dianne’s lack of presence in the office and what needs to be done to make Changes better, especially in context of the merger with Dr. Lee’s staff. Dianne returns to the office and promotes Gary to the sales department, a move Shannyn does not understand. Shannyn gets her teeth fixed.
