A Minute With Stan Hooper: Stan Hooper Goes to Washington

When Stan learns that the town's mayor has run unopposed for twenty years, Stan takes up a campaign of his own, vowing to bring Democracy and a bandstand. Molly wants Stan to fight for a woman's right to vote, something the town doesn't allow. Stan learns that Fred pulls the mayor's strings and loses the race by a longshot.
