Synopsis:
Eric's sermon about reaching out to help others in need prompts him to reach out to people in his own life, and he asks Carlos to join the family for dinner by himself. Kevin tries to get Lucy to help him start up a neighborhood watch. Ruthie befriends a shy girl during a school project, but tries to spend some time away from Peter. Meanwhile, Annie vies with Cecilia for the attention of the twins, while Chandler and Roxanne find themselves revisiting old emotions when they bump into each other.
