Synopsis:
Eric and Annie fret when they discover that Simon and Rose are set to wed on the day of Matt and Sarah's medical school graduation ceremony. The bride and groom to be are then subject to an attempt at persuasion so as to change the date or to even elope instead. Upon hearing this, Rose's former fiancé Umberto attempts to get Annie to nix any possible elopement. Meanwhile, Ruthie wants to go see Peter in Scotland by becoming a foreign exchange student, while Rose tries to fix her rocky relationship with Simon's family.
