Synopsis:
Michele Harris disappeared in upstate New York, September 12, 2001. Because of 9/11 the police resources where limited in searching for her. However, when blood drops were found in the house the police mounted a case against her husband, Cal Harris. A juror convicted Cal Harris, but later after a witness claimed to have seen Michele at a time that would have made it impossible for Cal to have killed her, the judge threw out the verdict and ordered a new trial.
