Synopsis:
When Mark Jensen finds his wife, Julie, dead in bed, police initially believe it was suicide. Julie and Mark had been having trouble with their marriage and Mark had just convinced Julie to seek help for depression before her death. Julie had apparently confided in friends that she was afraid Mark was going to poison her. She gave a letter to a friend to give to the police if anything happened to her. When the police got a hold of the letter, they seized Mark's computer and found evidence of his affair as well as evidence that he had researched poisons. Mark was arrested and charged with murder. His parents claim he's innocent and that this was all part of Julie's elaborate plan to frame him. Mark was convicted and sentenced to life with no parole. His second wife is raising their child as well as Julie and Mark's two children.
