Synopsis:
Marty Tankleff was arrested and convicted of murdering his parents at the age of 17. He initially confessed, but quickly recanted and has been trying to prove his innocence ever since. When new witnesses come forward, Marty's lawyer presents information for a case against Jerry Steuerman. Marty gets permission for a new trial, but before it can commence, the DA's office drops the charges. His case is currently undergoing an investigation by a special prosecutor. While he awaits the results, Marty is free and is starting college.
