Synopsis:
Liz's parents ditch her to celebrate the holidays at a retreat. Liz participates in a charity program called "Letters to Santa" and thinks she may have been scammed by the recipients of her generosity. Meanwhile, when his holiday plans away from his mother, Colleen, get ruined, Jack takes his frustrations out on the TGS staff: he forces the crew to produce a last-minute live Christmas special so he can focus on work and not go home and deal with his mom.
