Synopsis:
Dubaku demands President Taylor comply with his demands. The President contemplates whether or not the administration should negotiate in order to avoid a catastrophic terror attack. Meanwhile, the first gentleman struggles with his domestic mission while FBI Agent Walker takes the attention off of her colleagues. However, Jack Bauer has a plan for protecting the country.
