Synopsis:
Jack tries to pass himself off to the Russians as the person who can fix the gas canisters. Novick approaches President Logan with the idea of using the suicide of Walt Cummings to cover up his ties to the terrorists. Jack makes the rendezvous but is then held by the Russians to make sure his fix works. The First Lady is upset with the planned deception surrounding Walt Cummings. Jack foils the terrorist plan to use the gas on a shopping mall, but the trail to the remaining gas canisters goes cold.
