Synopsis:
While Marwan secures a nuclear warhead, one of his lieutenants makes a mistake with a credit card and when Curtis arrives to take him and Joe Prado, the man meeting him, into custody, Prado kills the other man before surrendering. Marwan has an Amnesty lawyer alerted to Prado situation with CTU and the lawyer interferes with CTU's ability to interrogate the prisoner. The newly appointed President refuses to grant them the wiggle room to circumvent the interference. Jack asks Bill Buchanan that he be allowed to resign, follow the released Prado and then do whatever it takes to secure information about Marwan's location.
