    The movie had a terrible script. laser gun was cheesy, although had potential.
    should have had a better story, leave out the will robinson (time travel) section.
    The movie went sour after Jupiter 2 crash landed on the planet. too bad, I believe a re-boot would be plausible if you could get someone like JJ Abrams (Star trek) to produce/direct a new version-Too bad the actors are now too old and have moved on to reprise their roles from1998 movie.
