First off, this one comes from the age when album sleeves had really big budgets. Foreigner blew their wad on a pun involving "the head" and the toilet. Secondly, the "game" seems to involve attacking a terrified (and possibly underage) girl who is madly trying to wipe off some graffiti slander against her character. Not cool, Foreigner, not cool at all.
