On October 2, 1978 Tim Allen aka Timothy Alan Dick was allegedly arrested for delivery of a controlled substance, and conspiracy. Allen pleaded no contest to the charges. He served 28 months, in the Sandstone, Minnesota Federal Correctional Institution.
