Recipe: Gorgonzola Cheese Pear Pizza
You will need:
1 Boboli Pizza Crust (I prefer whole wheat!)
4 ounces sliced Provolone Cheese
1 Bosc Pear
2 ounces chopped walnuts
3 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. Place Boboli on baking sheet. Cover generously with Provolone cheese.
Top provolone with pear slices. Sprinkle with walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and boboli is slightly browned.
Remove from oven. Top with fresh chives. Makes 8 servings.
